As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers get the most value from our services. You will be the go-to person for clients post-sale, leading onboarding, driving adoption, and fostering long-term relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and a connector between clients and internal teams.
Guide customer onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of our solutions.
Monitor customer satisfaction, usage, and adoption.
Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and status updates.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks in customer relationships.
Spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales.
Collect and relay customer feedback to Product and Support teams.
Maintain accurate customer documentation and reporting.
Help optimise internal customer-facing processes.
Your Profile
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree (e.g. in Communication, IT, Business Administration).
Affinity with cybersecurity is essential.
CSM certifications (e.g. SuccessHACKER, Gainsight) are a plus.
Customer-Centric Background
Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in IT or SaaS environments.
Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Experience working with CRM tools and analysing customer data.
Commercial & Communication Skills
Able to translate customer needs into actionable value propositions.
Experience recognising commercial opportunities.
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
A team player who collaborates across sales, support, and delivery.
Skilled in engaging with both operational and strategic stakeholders.
