As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers get the most value from our services. You will be the go-to person for clients post-sale, leading onboarding, driving adoption, and fostering long-term relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and a connector between clients and internal teams.

  • Guide customer onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of our solutions.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction, usage, and adoption.

  • Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and status updates.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks in customer relationships.

  • Spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales.

  • Collect and relay customer feedback to Product and Support teams.

  • Maintain accurate customer documentation and reporting.

  • Help optimise internal customer-facing processes.

Your Profile

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (e.g. in Communication, IT, Business Administration).

  • Affinity with cybersecurity is essential.

  • CSM certifications (e.g. SuccessHACKER, Gainsight) are a plus.

Customer-Centric Background

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in IT or SaaS environments.

  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Experience working with CRM tools and analysing customer data.

Commercial & Communication Skills

  • Able to translate customer needs into actionable value propositions.

  • Experience recognising commercial opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.

  • A team player who collaborates across sales, support, and delivery.

  • Skilled in engaging with both operational and strategic stakeholders.

Personal Traits

  • Structured and solutions-oriented.

  • Eager to learn and take ownership.

  • Service-minded and customer-obsessed.Proactive and confident in driving customer success.
